No-Refund / Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to digital products, services, content, platforms, or other benefits (collectively, the “Products”). Due to the nature of digital delivery and the instant, irrevocable availability of the Products, once access is granted or the Products are accessed, used, streamed, downloaded, or otherwise made available to you, the Company is unable to withdraw, rescind, or technically revoke such access.
Accordingly, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company maintains a strict no-refund policy. You acknowledge and agree that no refunds, credits, chargebacks, or prorated adjustments will be issued for any purchase for any reason, including without limitation dissatisfaction with the Products, inadvertent purchase, partial use, unused time, or termination of access by you.
By completing a purchase, you affirm that you have reviewed and accepted this policy and waive any right to seek a refund except where such waiver is prohibited by law.
NOTE: Josh Martinez, LLC does not enroll customers in automatic renewal for any Products. If you believe a Product was renewed or rebilled without your express authorization, you must notify us promptly by contacting support@joshmartinez.com.
