Looks like this strategy is used solely for LONG trades.
No consideration is given to Short trades.
Hello! The Win Rate is better when focusing on Long Trades. It doesn’t mean their isn’t opportunity for selling. It is user preference, however, from the back test, focusing on Longs in a bullish trend is performing better than looking for short trades in a bullish trend.
A 20 tick win would yield 5 pts profit on /NQ or $100.00/ contract. So that would require a 4 contract trade size to achieve a $400.00 profit with the strategy if I see it right. Is that right?
Correct, using the prop firm. I am applying an all or nothing strategy. This is by designed and I am betting I can pass more accounts than lose accounts. 4 E-mini contracts at a time, $20.00 a tick for +20 ticks to try and make $400.00.
